Plenty of HVAC companies advertise 24/7 and then let it ring at two in the morning. We would rather tell you exactly when a human picks up.

Setting Expectations

What "Same Day" Actually Means

Call early

A call at 8:30am has a far better chance of a same-day slot than one at 4:00pm. If the system is already down when you wake up, that is the call to make first, before the day fills.

No cooling comes first

A system that is completely down, water actively leaking, or commercial refrigeration losing temperature goes ahead of routine work. A tune-up can wait a few days; a walk-in full of product cannot.

We'll be straight with you

If today is genuinely full, you get told that instead of a vague promise and a wasted afternoon. A real time tomorrow beats a maybe today.

Before We Arrive

Three Things Worth Checking

Occasionally one of these fixes it and saves you a service call entirely. We would rather tell you that than not.

  • The thermostat. Set to cool, fan on auto, and fresh batteries. It sounds obvious and it is occasionally the answer.
  • The filter. A filter packed solid restricts airflow enough to freeze the coil and stop the cooling completely.
  • The breaker and the float switch. Check the breaker, and look for the small switch near the air handler that shuts the system off on purpose when the drain line is blocked.

If all three look right, it needs someone with gauges on it. That is the point to call.

No, and we would rather say so plainly. We are open Monday through Saturday 8:00am to 7:00pm and Sunday 8:00am to 5:00pm. That is seven days a week including both weekend days, which is more than most shops here, but it is not around the clock. A call at midnight gets returned first thing in the morning.

Yes, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Air conditioners have no respect for the weekend, and a Sunday failure in August is not something anyone should have to sit through until Monday.

Saturday and Sunday are normal business days for us, not overtime. Whatever the visit costs, you will hear the number before we start the work — that part does not change based on the day of the week.

If the system is down right now, call — you will get to a person and onto the schedule faster. The form is better for anything that can wait: a quote, a tune-up, a question, or a request sent outside business hours that you want waiting for us in the morning.

We work out of Opa-locka, which puts our trucks close to most of Miami-Dade and a good part of Broward. Miami, Hialeah, Doral, Miami Gardens, Aventura and the surrounding cities are routine same-day territory. Further out into Broward and up toward Boca Raton depends on the day and the schedule — call and we will tell you honestly.
