A Contractor, Not a Call Center
AIR SYSTEMS A/C, LLC has been licensed and working in South Florida since July 2011. In that time we have pulled and closed 879 building permits — residential changeouts, commercial mechanical installations, walk-in coolers, rooftop units, sheet metal and ductwork. Jobs from a few thousand dollars up into the hundreds of thousands.
That number matters more than any slogan on this page. A permit is a public record that a licensed contractor did the work and an inspector signed off on it. It is the part of this trade you cannot fake, and it is the reason we mention it instead of calling ourselves the best in Miami.
We are not a franchise and we are not a lead-generation company that subcontracts your job to whoever is available. When you call, you are calling the contractor who does the work.
How We Work
Three Things We Do Not Bend On
You see the price first
We diagnose the problem, tell you what it costs, and wait for you to say yes. Nothing appears on the invoice that you did not agree to beforehand. That rule does not have exceptions for busy days.
We tell you when not to buy
A repair call is a repair call. If a capacitor fixes it, we replace the capacitor and leave. When a system genuinely is at the end, you get both numbers — repair and replacement — and you choose.
We pull the permit
Permitted, inspected, to code. Unpermitted work is cheaper on the day and expensive the moment you sell the property or file an insurance claim.
